Terms and Conditions

Obviously our overriding term and condition is that everyone has a fabulous time, but we do have to implement a few rules to ensure that is the case.

The below applies to entry into the Festival, and not the cycling events. Seperate terms and conditions will be sent individually to those participating in one of the cycling adventures.

By purchasing a ticket to our event, you are agreeing to the below:

Refunds

All tickets are non-refundable and non-replaceable. Defaced or damaged tickets or wristbands cannot be accepted. We are unable offer refunds on the basis of inclement weather (although we do have contigencies to make sure this is highly unlikely!). Lost tickets will not be replaced, so please take care of them!

Admission

The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of the Crank up the Volume team. Admission is only permitted with a valid ticket.

Children aged 16 and under will not be admitted unless accompanied by an adult, and remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult at all times. Accompanying adults must hold a valid ticket

What you can and can’t bring:

Dogs are not permitted, with the exception of guide dogs.

No glass or alcohol can be brought into the venue.

Bag checks will be operating at all entrances.

Food & non-alcoholic drinks may be brought into the event for personal consumption

Camping must be pre-booked.

No open fires, barbeques or other cooking equipment to be used on the Festival site, unless an authorised trader.

No scooters, knives, fireworks, smoke canisters, air-horns, cans, poles or other items that could cause harm to other festival goers, staff or traders.

The festival has a zero tolerance policy on drugs. No drugs to be brought on site. Anyone found in the possession of drugs will be asked to leave the site and  the police will be called.

The organisers reserve the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, and to vary the advertised programme and timings

Ticket holders consent to inclusion in photographic, visual and audio promotion of the Festival.

Vehicles and their contents parked at the owner’s risk. The Festival does not accept any responsibility for losses or thefts of any kind of property anywhere on the site including, without limitation, from vehicles.

A licensed bar is available. Bar staff will only serve alcohol to those aged 18+. We operate a challenge 25 policy.

Please respect our neighbours when you are exiting the Festival site.
